Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of PlayTAPPickleball.com and TAP Pickleball services operated by Kage Industries LLC d/b/a TAP Pickleball. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. League participation also requires the separate season waiver presented during registration.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 21 years old to register for a TAP league. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not access another player’s account or misuse captain or administrator functions.

Registration and payments

Fees, season details, registration availability, roster limits, and team-placement options are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. A requested team spot is not guaranteed until payment or an authorized waiver of the fee is confirmed; capacity changes may result in waitlist or administrator placement.

Waiver and league rules

The participation waiver is a separate required agreement. Follow posted rules, facility requirements, safety directions, and standards of sportsmanship. TAP may suspend or remove accounts or participants for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, discriminatory, or unauthorized conduct.

Scores, rosters, and content

Captains and authorized users must submit accurate lineups and scores. TAP may correct errors and resolve disputes. Messages or content submitted through TAP may not infringe rights, expose another person’s sensitive information, or violate law.

Service availability

Schedules, venues, teams, and features may change for operational or safety reasons. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

TAP names, branding, site design, and original content belong to Kage Industries LLC or its licensors. Personal, noncommercial use of the service is permitted; scraping, resale, impersonation, security testing without authorization, and copying protected content are prohibited.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Physical-activity risks are addressed separately in the season waiver.

Governing law

Nevada law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict rules. Disputes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
